HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

7 Easy Steps:

  1. Click on the item you want
  2. Click on the "BUY IT NOW" button
  3. Enter your complete shipping details
  4. Click on the "Checkout via COD" button
  5. Click on the "Place order" button
  6. You will then receive a confirmation SMS followed by a phone call from one of our representatives to confirm your shipping details.
  7. You're done!.

 

ARE THERE OTHER WAYS THAT WE COULD PAY FOR THE ITEM ASIDE FROM COD?

Yes, we accept bank transfers through BPI and BDO or you could send the money through Western Union or Palawan Express Just send us a message on Facebook for further details.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept refunds or returns within 7 days of purchase. Please send us the receipt or order number to:  betterhealthphi@gmail.com or send us a message on messenger.

We will refund or replace the item if

  • Item is not physically scratched
  • Item was bought from our store
  • Item has factory defect (broken lock, loose welds)

 

 

WHAT IS THE STANDARD ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME?

All orders in our Shop: All Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after you have successfully placed an order.

 

Once we received your order, we will then prepare your items for shipping to your desired delivery address. Please make sure you have provided a correct-valid address to avoid any delays on receiving your order/package.

 

Next, you will receive a notification/SMS from us once your order has been shipped. You can expect your items to arrive at your doorstep within the delivery period depending on your location.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER REACH ME?

You shall receive your order 24-48 hours after your ordered date + the timeframe below depending on your location.

 

METRO MANILA Areas :

2 — 7 business days (Sunday not included)

 

NON - METRO MANILA Areas : Includes Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao

3 — 10 business days (Sunday not included)

In some instances it may take longer and in this case you will receive a text message or a phone call from one of our staff.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER/PACKAGE?

I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION WHAT SHOULD I DO.

If you successfully used our checkout system, you should receive a confirmation SMS  in about 60 seconds after finishing the process. However the tracking code may take a bit of time since it takes 24-48 hours to encode it via 3rd party logistics.

MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED ON THE GIVEN TIME FRAME.

There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons

 

* Incomplete address

* Unreachable mobile number

* Area not covered via COD or Area is considered as remote area

*Delays due to holidays, calamities, system problems, etc.

 

Always make sure to complete your Address to ensure a successful delivery.
